The Adventure Cat Harness and Leash Set is in stock and ready to ship. Orders typically arrive within 4โ7 business days. Once your order ships, youโll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping
I'm proudly shipping the Adventure Cat Harness & Leash Sets to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. As a small, woman-run business, Iโm excited to expand internationally in the futureโbut for now, Iโm focused on making sure every U.S. customer gets the perfect fit and experience.
We offer two shipping options to fit your timeline:
- Standard Ground Shipping โ $5 flat rate anywhere in the U.S. (Estimated delivery: 4โ7 business days)
- Express Shipping โ $19.95 (Estimated delivery: 1โ3 business days)
Yes! Enjoy free standard ground shipping on all orders over $150.
- Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 4โ7 business days after your order ships
- Express Shipping: Typically arrives within 1โ2 business days after your order ships
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and can occasionally be affected by carrier delays.
Once your order ships, youโll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow it every step of the way.
A couple quick notes:
- Express orders placed MondayโThursday typically ship within 1โ2 business days
- Orders placed FridayโSunday will ship the following Monday or Tuesday
- At this time, expedited shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, or APO addresses
Absolutely! I encourage you to email me before placing your order if you have any questions about sizing, fit or anything else. I want to help ensure you get the perfect size for your cat on the first try. I typically respond to messages within 24 hours during business hours. Returns
I want you and your cat to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason youโre not, you may return your Adventure Cat Harness & Leash Set within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original conditionโunworn, unused, and free of dirt, wear, or damage. Please do your best to return it as clean as possible (lightly lint-rolled to remove any cat hair is appreciated). I also ask that, when possible, items are returned in their original packaging with the barcode and product booklet included.
Email kaylin@achbyalwayschoosehappy.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Iโll send you a prepaid return shipping label.
Pack your Adventure Cat Harness and Leash Set securely, attach the return label, and drop it off with the carrier listed on the label.
Yes, an $8 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing, inspection and quality assurance. Your original shipping costs are non-refundable. For example, if you paid $5 for shipping and return your harness, you will receive a refund of the harness price minus the $8 restocking fee.
Once your return arrives, it will be inspected to make sure it meets the return conditions. You'll also get an email confirming we've received your return.
If approved, your refundโminus the $8 restocking feeโwill be issued to your original payment method within 5โ7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 1โ2 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
If your returned item shows signs of use, excessive pet hair, or damage, we may deny the return or request a partial refund adjustment. We'll contact you via email to discuss any concerns before processing your refund.
Exchanges
Yes! Exchanges are handled as a return + new order so you can get the right size as quickly as possible.
To start an exchange, email kaylin@achbyalwayschoosehappy.com with your order number and the size you'd like to return. Then, place a new order for the correct sizeโyou don't have to wait for your return to be received and processed before ordering your new harness.
