Preorder Shipping FAQs

The Adventure Cat Harness and Leash Set is expected to begin shipping in late June 2026. If you preorder now, you’ll be charged at checkout to reserve your harness from my first production run, which is very limited in quantity.

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping

I'm proudly shipping the Adventure Cat Harness & Leash Sets to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. As a small, woman-run business, I’m excited to expand internationally in the future—but for now, I’m focused on making sure every U.S. customer gets the perfect fit and experience.
We offer two shipping options to fit your timeline:
  • Standard Ground Shipping – $5 flat rate anywhere in the U.S. (Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days)
  • Express Shipping – $19.95 (Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days)
Yes! Enjoy free standard ground shipping on all orders over $150.
  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5–7 business days after your order ships
  • Express Shipping: Typically arrives within 1–2 business days after your order ships

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and can occasionally be affected by carrier delays.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow it every step of the way.

A couple quick notes:

  • Express orders placed Monday–Thursday typically ship within 1–2 business days
  • Orders placed Friday–Sunday will ship the following Monday or Tuesday
  • At this time, expedited shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, or APO addresses

Returns

We want you and your cat to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, you may return your Adventure Cat Harness & Leash Set within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, and free of dirt, wear, or damage. Please do your best to return it as clean as possible (lightly lint-rolled to remove any cat hair is appreciated). We also ask that, when possible, items are returned in their original packaging with the barcode and product booklet included.
Visit our Returns Portal, enter your order number and email address, select the reason for your return and print your free return shipping label. Pack your item securely and drop it off at any carrier location. We provide a prepaid return label—no shipping costs on your end.
Yes, an $8 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing, inspection, and quality assurance. Your original shipping costs are non-refundable. For example, if you paid $5 for shipping and return your harness, you will receive a refund of the harness price minus the $8 restocking fee.
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions. You'll receive an email notification when we've received your package. If approved, your refund (minus the $8 restocking fee) will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please allow an additional 1 to 2 business days for your bank to post the credit.
If your returned item shows signs of use, excessive pet hair, or damage, we may deny the return or request a partial refund adjustment. We'll contact you via email to discuss any concerns before processing your refund.

Exchanges

Given that we offer a single product with multiple size options, we recommend processing an exchange as a return + new order. This ensures the fastest turnaround for you and your cat. Start a return for your current size, and once approved, place a new order for the correct size.
